Hi guys, could you please help me out? I have doubts about these two sentences.

1. "Our New York office will convey any needs directly with me and/or directly act on my behalf."

Моя версия: Наш Нью-Йоркский офис будет согласовывать все детали непосредственно со мной и/или напрямую действовать от моего имени.

2. Such working knowledge of this technology I believe would benefit XYZ company experts for fields you operate, as well as the fields operated by others where you have technological and business oversight. (subject: oil & gas).

Наш филиал в Нью-Йорке будет непосредственно держать меня в курсе дел всех имеющихся (возникающих) проблем и/или от моего лица действовать (предпринимать действия/меры)по решению данных проблем. - оч. имхо
