Народ, предложение не сложное, но большое. Хочется грамматически правильно перевести:

К условиям, которые должны быть предусмотрены в договоре, если стороны этого договора не согласились на другое касательно изложения условий договора и эта договоренность не лишает догоор предмета, объекта, цели и других существенных условий, без согласования которых сторонами договор может считаться незаключенным или признанный недействительным по причине не следования форме согласно действующему законодательству, относятся:
