Subject: netted off, either alone or at any one time borrow any money or obtain any credit (other than normal trade credit) for the purpose of covering any cash flow shortfall (having netted off current receivables against current payables in the wholesale and retail power sale, transfer and distribution business of the Subsidiary) with an aggregate value (either alone or at any one time) of XXXX and above, provided that any such credit with an aggregate value (either alone or at any one time) of below XXXX shall be in the Ordinary Course of Business of the Subsidiary
