Помогите перевести "shell and core serviceы" в данных контексте:The building does not have a perimeter heating system in the Tenant's premises, apart from a trench heating system installed as part of the shell and core services along part of the north facade perimiter, on the double height executive floor and in the entrance lobby. shell&core - состояние под чистовую отделку, это я знаю, но как все это звучит в данном контексте. МОй вариант что-то типа: Здание не имеет систему отопления по периметру в помещениях Арендатора отдельно от траншейной отопительной системы, установленной в качестве составляющей инженерных систем центрального ядра и наруж-ной части здания вдоль части периметра северного фасада, на двойной высоте пола и в вестибюле. |
