ХХХ and ХХХ (the “Customer”) have entered into a contract (the "Phase 2 Main Contract") under which ХХХ has been appointed to, among other things, manage, supply, install, test, complete and render other services for a mobile digital telecommunications network in Ukraine, more particularly described in the Phase 2 Main Contract.

WHEREAS: ХХХ desires that its requirements for the Project Management and Implementation Works should be executed in accordance with the provisions of this Contract in order to fulfil its obligations under the Phase 2 Main Contract, and

WHEREAS: Supplier understands that its performance under this Contract is intended to support ХХХ and satisfy the obligations and liabilities of ХХХ to the Customer under the Phase 2 Main Contract, and

Это похоже на правду, а то я перевела Этап 2 Основного Договора, что-то не очень звучит :))
