Контекст такой:

Банкам третьей группы приходится вступать в сотрудничество с банками из первых двух групп, и только некоторые из них пытаются самостоятельно реализовать полный цикл ипотечного кредитования (от выдачи до секьюритизации)

The banks of the third group have to enter into partnership with the first two groups' players, and only few of them try to develop full-cycle (origination and securitization) mortgage operations.

Я бы не стал употреблять "партнерство" в данном случае. Почему не co-operate?
