(1) The Initial Margin and Margin to be Paid shall be transferred to the Margin Recipient under conditions of a loan subject to repayment or termination under the conditions of the Master Agreement. Repayment of the Initial Margin and transfer of the Margin to be Repaid shall terminate the Margin Recipient's loan obligation in the respective part.
