Помогите, пожалуйста, совсем уже ничего не понимаю, даже самого слабенького своего варианта предложить не могу! Что значит Full consideration and representation as to the roles and contributions of both parties в данном контексте:
Any news release, public announcement, advertisement, or publicity proposed to be released by either party concerning the Program or its efforts in connection with the Proposal or any resulting contract will be subject to the written approval of XYZ prior to release. Full consideration and representation as to the roles and contributions of both parties shall be given in any such release, announcement, advertisement or publicity
Вообще это пункт из model teaming agreement между двумя компаниями, которые собираются готовить предложение, чтобы потом стать одна генеральным подрядчиком, а другая субподрядчиком. И еще, если можно, в чем разница в данном случае между advertisement и publicity, или их можно перевести одним словом "реклама"?

В указанных сообщениях для печати, публичных заявлениях или рекламных объявлениях должно быть обеспечено всестороннее и объективное освещение роли и вклада обеих сторон.
