There's a wide choice - can't think of one word, though. It's all in the "wrist" - intonation, situation, context. From audacious and impertinance through "She's got the (some) nerve!" "Who [does she think][is] she [is] to presume! all the way to Presumptious bitch! Cheek, lip - whatever fits your context. |
