Как правильно будет перевести должность Academic Dean?

Trustees? (члены совета, а вот какого совета - ученого? - Board of Trustees)

еще такая фраза:

The President and Trustees of ... College byvirtue of the power vested in them by the Commonwealth of ... and at the recommendation of the Faculty do hereby confer on (the name) the degree of... together with all the honors, priveledges and responsibilities appertaining thereto as evidence that...

Президент и Совет такого-то колледжа властью данной им штатом таким-то И ПО РЕКОМЕНДАЦИИ (?) ПРОФЕССОРСКО-ПРЕПОДАВАТЕЛЬСКОГО СОСТАВА (?)
присваивают такому-то степень такую-то вместе со всеми ???? (ну не почестями же), привилегиями и обязательствами (?) (или ответственностью?), сопуствующими (?)данной степени как свидетельство того что...

Board of Trustees - совет попечителей, по-моему
