Subject: The period from (and including) the Issue Date to (and including) the later to occur of (i) the Maturity Date, (ii) the Grace Period Extension Date if a Potential Failure to Pay occurs at or prior to 11:59pm Greenwich Mean time on the Maturity Date and the Grace Period does not expire on or prior to the Maturity Date; and (iii) the Repudiation/Moratorium Evaluation Date if a Potential Repudiation/Moratorium occurs at or prior to 11:59pm Greenwich Mean time on the Maturity Date. fin.
