novation of the promissory note - novation means that all the obligations on the note are no more valid (and this was agreed by the parties) by issuing a new one (Dictionary on economy and management/Lesyuk O., Titova V)

why, you can say "Promissory note novation agreement" or just "Novation Agreement" - the latter seems even better

one more question:
Novation Agreement
№ 26/08-ЭК/АБ

how to translate -ЭК/АБ?

It depends on the agreement inner encoding system within a company. Ask some body how do they make up these numbers-codes - then decide. First figures - must be date, letters could be the sphere of economy, name of Bank etc. If there is no one to explain - use transliteration or, if it is possible, leave the russian letters. - that's my point of view

EK/AB - I think you haven't got any other choice
It MUST fly :))

But you can ask somebody else - I am not an expert, actually. "I am not a wizard - just getting in" :)
