Контекст:"If the progress of WORKS or any part thereof is suspended on the written order of the COMPANY and if permission to resume work is not given by the COMPANY within a period of 60 days from the date of suspension the CONTRACTOR may serve a written notice on the COMPANY requesting permission within 15 days from the receipt thereof to proceed with WORKS, or that part thereof in regard to which progress is suspended and, if such permission is not granted within that time the CONTRACTOR, by a further written notice so served may, but is not bound to, elect to treat the suspension where it affects part only of WORKS as a lawful termination by the COMPANY of such part under Sub-Article 25 hereof, or where it affects the whole WORKS, as an abandonment of AGREEMENT by the COMPANY."
