Subject: licence agreement Привет всем, впервые пытаюсь перевести соглашение, запуталась вот здесь - For the purposes of determining the royalty, if the Licensee sells or leases the Designated Products or the By-Products or performs services in connection therewith for any person associated with it at a price lower than would have been the case but for the relationship, there shall be included in the net sales of the Licensee for the Designated Products or the By-Products or services in question, an amount equal to that which would have been payable but for the relationship. For the purposes hereof, any reference to 'the Licensee' shall include a reference to its selling agents or distributors.
