Пожалуйста, помогите перевести с русского языка, никак не соображу простой вещи:

Тест считается удовлетворительным если ни один из образцов при испытании на растяжение не дал результатов, отличающихся от указанных в таблице более чем на 10% в сторону уменьшения, а для ударной вязкости–2кгс*м/см2 ниже установленных норм.

Test is considered to be satisfactory if all the samples demonstrated pull test results which do not differ from the ones specified by the table for more than 10% downwards and impact viscosity test 2 kgf*m/cm2 lower the set norm.

Имхо:
The test shall be deemed to be satisfied if none of the tensile test results produced on the test samples are more than 10% below the figures indicated in the table nor any impact viscosity test result has been recorded 2 kgs*m/cm2 lower than the set standard.

The test shall be deemed satisfactory if none of the tensile test specimens result in the reduction of tensile strength by more than 10% of the values specified in the Table and none of the impact [hardness] values fall lower than 2 kgf*m/cm2 below the set rated values.
