Subject: помогите пожалуйста перевести предложение Народ,помогите пожалуйста перевести это предложение!Это срочно! Вроде по отдельности все слова понятно, а смысл предложения передать не могу:( The arbitration clause in the Document may be invoked and Cyprus court proceedings in respect of a dispute relating thereto stayed provided the party seeking to do so has not submitted to the jurisdiction of the court by taking a step in the proceedings. | the ... clause may be invoked ...and proceedings .. [may] be stayed... as long as ...the party ... hasn't [done] (this or that) |
