От желающих принять участие в тенедере требуют вот такую штуку:

A declaration from the bidder stating that the bidder has no factory, establishment, or subsidiary office in Israel, he has no establishment or body and no party in any contract of manufacturing assembling, having no license or technical assistance with any person in Israel, he dose not practice any activity in Israel either personally or by any broker, he shall not contribute by any way to support Israel or their war aids.

Помогите перевести any contract of manufacturing assembling и подскажите, как в данном случае перевести declaration.

Наверно, declaration - это просто заявление участника этого самого тендера. А насчет "contract of manufacturing assembling" - может быть, участник должен заявить, что он "не является стороной ни в каком соглашении о производстве сборочных (монтажных, установочных) работ.
