Subject: фраза Пожалуйста, помогите перевести.Слово встречается в следующем контексте:Upon the occurrence and during the continuation of any Event of Default under this Loan Agreement, all outstanding amounts under this Loan Agreement will at the option of the Lender bear interest at a rate per annum which is 2 percentage points higher than the rate of interest otherwise provided under this Loan Agreement. This will not constitute a waiver of any default. Так и хочется перед "otherwise" вставить "unless". Или же я не права? Заранее спасибо
