Не поняла, в чем вопрос? Если Вы про то, что в конце, то наверно:

может быть лучше the Parties will exercise The settlements in accordance with this Agreement by the Transferee's transfer (???) of cash assets to the Author in the amount indicated in Item 3.1 ...
a то много by подряд некрасиво как то звучат

... by means of payment / wire transfer (of funds) against a receipt (acknowledging receipt of funds)(to be executed by...)
