Пожалуйста, помогите перевести "... opened by bank and in a form and advised through a bank acceptable to Seller ..."

Выражение встречается в следующем контексте:
100% irrevocable not-transferred, letter of credit opened latest 15 (fifteen) days prior to first layday of each scheduled lifting, by bank and in a form and advised through a bank acceptable to Seller and payable latest sixty days after Bill of Lading date, against presentation of normal shipping documents...

ИМХО, где-то так:

...выставляемый банком не позднее, чем за 15 дней... по форме, устраивающей Продавца, и авизуемый через устраивающий Продавца банк,

правда, повтор получается...дождитесь мэтров
