Что же такое эти circuit packs??? Кто знает?

This facility provides the diagnostics capabilities to enable faulty circuit packs to be identified so that FLM-FO can be dispatched to replace the circuit pack.
или
This provides identification of the appropriate FLM-FO staff to execute the appropriate actions, advising them of actions to be completed, for example which circuit pack on which network element is to be replaced. It also includes identification of urgency, trouble ticket reference etc.
