друзья, помогите разобраться:
как переводится данное Уведомление в следующем списке документов:
3.1.11 the Notice of Charge and Assignment of Senior Loan Agreement signed by the Issuer (2 copies);
3.1.12 the Acknowledgement of Notice of Charge and Assignment of Senior Loan Agreement signed by реу Bank(2 copies);
3.1.13 the Notice of Charge of the Account signed by the Issuer (2 copies);
3.1.14 the Acknowledgement of Notice of Charge of the Account signed by the Principal Paying Agent (2 copies); and
3.1.15 Process agent appointment letters of the Issuer and the Bank.
это очень сильно вряд-ли Уведомление об обвинениях...

3.1.13 the Notice of Charge of the Account signed by the Issuer (2 copies); = У. о снятии со счета, подписаннное Эмитентом
3.1.14 the Acknowledgement of Notice of Charge of the Account signed by the Principal Paying Agent (2 copies); and = Подтверждение о получении уведомления о снятии со счета, подписанное Основным платежным агентом
3.1.15 Process agent appointment letters of the Issuer and the Bank= письма Эмитента и Банка о назначении агентов по процессу
