Routine lifting operations are lifting activities of a general nature carried out under a general risk assessment and procedure which shall be reviewed on a regular basis to ensure that the original Risk Assessments remain valid. This type of lift requires basic skills and is normally carried out by competent personnel working with limited supervision. And lifts which do not require engineering input but need to be carried out at regular intervals by competent personnel

Non-routine lifting operations are those conducted on an infrequent basis and requiring engineering input. These must not take place unless a risk Assessment is carried out and where necessary a lifting plan produced. For all lifting operations, the degree of risk identified during the Risk Assessment shall determine the level of supervision required for the operation and the required experience of the personnel involved.

Спасибо! Рутинные операции тоже существуют, но в компьютерном словаре. Для ТБ-шников Ваш вариант определенно лучше подходит.

Только из общего контекста можно понять о чем речь: о насосной добыче нефти или о подъеме какого-то груза.

(Сомнительно, чтобы это были СПО, которые скорее были бы варажены через pulling-lowering operations, POOH-RIH).
