Есть такое выражение get off on the wrong foot т.е. to start a job, relationship etc badly by making a mistake that annoys people и not put a foot wrong to not make any mistakes В данном случае логично предположить, что глагол wrongfoot означает занять неверную позицию или проводить неправильную политику по отношению к инвесторам. |
