а вот мой текст:
If carrier or third party assigned by the BUYER do not fulfills complete acceptance of the Goods within the period indicated in § 4 and the terms of acceptance are not agreed, the risk of accidental loss or damage to the Goods shall pass from the SELLER to the BUYER on the expiration of the transfer term stipulated in § 4.

Правильно лия передал смысл? Может еще где ошибся?

If a carrier or any third party designated by the BUYER fails to sign for the acceptance of the Goods ....and a new acceptance date is not agreed upon/not set by mutual agreement

do not fulfills complete-> has not completed
the terms of acceptance are not agreed -> no change of acceptance timeframe/period has been agreed upon
transfer term -> acceptance period
etc.

Мелкий косметический ремонт... Я бы заменил goods на items, agreed - ugreed upon, гибель предмета это как? the risk of accidental loss or damage - по английски звучит лучше, чем по русски )

Unless Carrier or any other person... delivers Goods within the term set forth in..., and provided no other deadline has been agreed, the risk... shall...

In case any carrier or third party designated by the BUYER is unable/fails to complete the final acceptance procedure on the Goods within the period stipulated herein and a new acceptance date is not agreed upon/not set by mutual agreements...

Should the carrier or any other person as may be designated by the BUYER fail to accept the Supplies within the period/period of time/term/time stated/fixed/set forth in Clause/Section/§ 4 and no approval be obtained for (an) extension of the acceptance date, the risk of accidental loss of or damage to the Supplies shall be transferred from the SELLER to the BUYER upon expiry of the acceptance date stated/fixed/set forth in Clause/Section/§ 4.
