ИМХО "insider tradering" - то же самое, что "insider trading"
т.е. использование конфиденциальной внутренней информации, недоступной другим трейдерам, для операций с ценными бумагами. "Insider trading is when an individual knows information about a corporation that is not available to the public."

Я думаю, что термин insider tradering используется для однозначного обозначения именно этого значения (чтобы не путать с другими значениями слова trading, как например в "Trading Places" = меняться местами)

thanks everybody, but...
1.the word "insider" is of minor importance, I was looking for the word "tradering" which in my context happened to be next to "insider".
2.TRADERING is mainly used to define a certain type of e-auction though I have not yet understood all the details thereof. My son who is 12 tried to explain the rules to me but to no avail...
3.I also got a hunch that in some cases and in some countries (both English-speaking and otherwise) the noun TRADERING and the verb TO TRADER could be used in the meaning "to transfer" and "to assign". Still, this is just a hunch

Значит, из того, что Вы написали в сабже "insider tradering is violation of trust" - ключевое слово как раз insider. Имеется в виду, что лицо, обладающее доступом к внутренней информации (которым не обладают участники аукциона), может этим воспользоваться: передать кому-то эту информацию или принять участие в аукционе через подставное лицо и извлечь из этого выгоды, т.е. оказаться изначально в выигрыше, за счет обладания информацией и т.п., поэтому речь и идет о violation of trust.
