Finally, what was the chance that (Company) offline operations would eventually migrate online after (site) had proven itself as a reliable and established model? This could potantially reduce many of the offline costs and enhance operating margins, but what of possible channel conflict? Although the online venture was based in (city) how would its integration into the group be percieved by the old-economy (company)venerans? What would be the future of the in-house e-commerce team once (site) was online? Would (company) eventually spin off the clicks-and-mortar hybrid and take it public, or would it remain within the group? Единственное, что меня интересует, это clicks-and-mortar спасибо |
