Помогите, пожалуйста, перевести! Я пока что использую вариант "Агент по прокату".. вроде бы подходит по смыслу.. но что-то сомневаюсь.. может, все же тут более обобщенная формулировка нужна?

Контекст:
The Commissioning Distributor hereby irrevocably appoints the Company as its exclusive sales agent of the Rights (as defined below) in the Film for the Territory (as defined in Clause 5) from the date hereof for a term expiring 25 years after delivery of the Film in accordance with the terms of this Agreement (the “Term”).

The Company shall be exclusively entitled (on behalf of the Commissioning Distributor) to license to third party distributors (“Distributors”) the right to exploit the Film in any and all media (whether now known or hereafter devised) and exploit all ancillary rights (together, the “Rights”). The Rights shall include, without limitation, the following:
i) Theatrical Rights
ii) Non-Theatrical Rights
iii) Television Rights
iv) Video Rights
v) Internet Rights
vi) Airline and Ship Rights
vii) New Media Rights
