Стороны договорились, что ранее перечисленный авансовый платеж в счет оплаты арендной платы за второй и последующие месяцы аренды (п.2. дополнительного соглашения №.. от ..года к предварительному договору аренды нежилых помещений № от ..года) в размере ...USD , кроме того НДС 18%, USD .... подлежит возврату путем перечисления денежных средств на расчетный счет Арендатора по курсу ЦБ РФ на день списания денежных средств с расчетного счета Арендодателя.

IMHO: Parties agree that the earlier transferred advance payment applied towards the rent for the 2nd and subsequent months.... for/in the amount of USD ____ plus VAT at 18% of USD ____ shall be subject to refund by transfer of funds to the Lessee bank/current account at the exchange rate of the Bank of Russia applicable/effective on the date of the Lessor's account debiting/the Lessor's account is debited with/for the respective amount.
