pull-through parking

The storage area (имеется ввиду автопарковая зона, где будут стоять транспортные средства) will be designed with pull through access for parking.

pull-through access???

И еще, про эту же площадку:

The storage area will be designed to minimize the backing requirements as much as possible.

Что здесь означает backing?

Из того, что нашел, м.б. парковка боком (если такое есть)
I either do the pull-through parking or the back-in parking so that when I'm leaving the parking spot I have a better view of oncoming cars. The situation I hate the most is parking front-in and having two hulking vehicles on either side of my Jetta, making it nearly impossible to see oncoming traffic and pulling blindly out of the parking spot. All too often oncoming cars don't slow down to let me out as I back up and I've had near collisions with people trying to whip by me. I don't think it's vain at all.

будет предусматриваться со (сплошным) проездом для парковки
Территория автостоянки будет проектироваться таким образом, чтобы максимально облегчить выезд с парковочного места задним ходом. - имхо
