Вот такое вот предложение.

Evidence of insurability for actively at work eligible employees will not be required provided they are enrolled within 3 months from the date they become eligible.

Как перевести "from the date they become eligible"? Подскажите, плз, кто чем может :)

P.S. Eligible employees - аll full time or part time (but at least ½ time) employees working at least 3 months provided they are active at work on the date the insurance coverage starts. (это переводить не надо, тут все ясно)
