The freight and demurrage if any shall be paid at the rates specified in this and shall be deemed earned on shipment be payable by Company as per terms of this in cash without discount vessels and / or cargo lost from any cause whatsoever or not lost.
Notwithstanding any provisions of this Agreement to the contrary, the CONTRACTOR shall have the benefit of all limitations of, and exemptions from, liability accorded to the Owners or Chartered Owners of Vessels by any applicable statute or rule of law for the time being in force and the same benefits are to apply regardless of the form of signatures given to this Agreement

Cover all costs pertinent to preparation of the barges for transportation including ballasting of the barges to diminish their air draught when laden with the modules
