Пожалуйста помогите понять/перевести следующее предложение, а особенно то что идет после последней запятой:
"If SR or any of its employees breaches or threatens to breach any provision of this Agreement, SP shall be entitled to injunctive relief to enforce the provisions hereof, but nothing herein shall preclude SP from pursuing any action or other remedy for any breach or threatened breach of this Agreement, ALL OF WHICH SHALL BE CUMULATIVE.

Похоже, что наказывать собираются чем дальше - тем страшней, "по совокупности нарушений". имхо

cumulative - означает, что (все эти средства правовой защиты) по быбору заинтересованной стороны применяются параллельно, одновременно, т.е. они не исключают друг друга.

Он по своему усмотрению может воспользоваться ими всеми ОДНОВРЕМЕННО
