gogo - It would be a great idea for you to register in forum.
I mean changing your status to registered user. If you need to keep your current nick please apply the email to pom@aha.ru with appropriate request.
Otherwise forum engine denies registration pointing the name is already occupied.
The benefit of registration is possibility to send/receive personal messages (hidden to all except you and counterpart).

wow, I know how!
I use ff too. You need to change one cache property.
Open the page about:config
and find browser.cache.check_doc_frequency string
Double click on it and change value to 1 (one).
Restart FF. It should help.
btw, I use portable ff and really enjoy it, especially with some great extensions like adblock, dictionary search and conquery.

FF is rather tricky.
Open new tab (Ctrl-T) and enter the address about:config instead of standard Internet URL. This will open special configuration page of FF with dozens of parameters hidden from basic users. Another useful "address" is about:cache - shows you ff cache contents.
Note the syntax about:config - without spaces, slashes etc.
