в статьях много раз попадается слово Talent, например там

company decided to expand talent pool
или foreign talent

как переводить данное слово?? талантливые сотрудники? или просто сотрудники, или таланты ....какие есть мнения на этот счет?

есть даже термин talent scouting, более применимый к спорту.
Поиск талантливых и перспективных игроков, спортсменов и т.д.
Наверное, перспективных и (высоко)квалифицированных сотрудников

толковые сотрудники, но для компании, скорее всего, нужны не только толковые, но и опытные сотрудники. отсюда, наверное, и foreign talent - обладающие знаниями и опытом работы на зарубежных рынках. ну или экспаты, обладающие этим опытом по-умолчанию.
