Решением участников или директоров Общества определяются характеристики, полномочия, привилегии, права, допуски/квалификации, ограничения и запреты по каждому классу или серии акций, которые Общество вправе выпускать, однако директора не вправе устанавливать разный объем прав в части права голоса, дивидендов, погашения акций или выплат акционерам при Общества, если в Учредительный договор Общества не были внесены поправки, в соответствии с которыми Общество вправе выпускать отдельные классы акций, наделяемых вышеуказанными правами в части права голоса, дивидендов, погашения акций или выплат при ликвидации Общества.
