В описании характеристик терморегулятора есть такая фраза:

Available in versions with 1 or 2 relay outputs with exchange contact.

Идет она отдельным пунктом и к чему относится - непонятно; возможно, к предшествующему:

Возможно, контактный теплообмен?

Скорее всего 1 или 2 выхода реле с контактами на переключение (есть контакты на замыкание, размыкание и переключение)
