Добрый день, помогите пожалуйста, перевести юридический текст - честно сделала все, что смогла, но знаю, что в юридическом переводе огромная куча стандартов, так что без помощи профессионалов не обойтись!

Читать пункт 2.10 договора в следующей редакции:
В течение 5 (пяти)календарных дней с момента предоставления Сторона 2 обязуется подписать Акт приемки-сдачи оказанных услуг, который по соглашению Сторон является одновременно отчетом Агента, в случае оказания Стороной 1 Стороне 2 агентских услуг, либо предоставить в этот же срок письменные претензии по качеству оказания услуг. В случае непоступления претензий в течение 5(пяти) календарных дней, услуги считаются оказанными стороной 1 и принятыми Стороной 2, а акты приемки-сдачи подписанными. В случае предъявления Стороной 2 претензий, в уставленный срок Сторона 1 устраняет указанные недостатки за свой счет.

Документы, подтверждающие расходы Стороны 1, при оказании услуг в качестве Агента Стороны 2 (договоры, счета, акты, накладные, копии платежных поручений, которыми Cторона 1 оплачивала работы/услуги 3-ч лиц), заверенные в установленном порядке Стороной 1, предоставляются Стороне 2 по ее письменному запросу.

See point 2.10 of the Contract amended as follows:

Within 5 (five) calendar days after the Work/Services Acceptance Report is submitted, The Party 2 is either to sign this Report, which as agreed between and by the Parties, shall be in equal measure the Agent’s report in the event the Party 1 render agent’s services to the Party 2, or to provide within the same period written claims about the quality of the rendered services. In the event such claims are not maid in 5 (five) calendar days, the services are to be considered rendered by the Party 1 and accepted by the Party 2, and the Acceptance reports are to be considered signed. In the event the Party 2 makes claims, within the set period the Party 1 is to eliminate the indicated defects at its own expense.
The documents supporting the expenses the Part 1 shall have rendering services as an Agent to the Party 2 (contracts, invoices, acts, way-bills, copies of the payments orders used by the Party 1 to cover the cost of the third parties’ work/services) notarized by the Party 1 in accordance with the set order are to be furnished to the Party 2 upon its written request.

Я не рублю абсолютно, но даже мне странно видеть везде Party 1/2 с определённым артиклем.

насчет артиклей, это shame on me...по аналогии с " в дальнейшем именуемый Заказчик и перевела машинально...
а насчет to amend Articlе 2/10 of the Agreement to read as follows - это точно????

я в юридических текстах пока мало понимаю, поэтому буду признательна за советы по правке

Небольшая корректировка с моей стороны

1)Читать пункт 2.10 договора в следующей редакции

Item 2.10 hereof shall be read as follows:

2) В течение 5 (пяти)календарных дней с момента предоставления Сторона 2 обязуется подписать Акт приемки-сдачи оказанных услуг, который по соглашению Сторон является одновременно отчетом Агента, в случае оказания Стороной 1 Стороне 2 агентских услуг, либо предоставить в этот же срок письменные претензии по качеству оказания услуг. В случае непоступления претензий в течение 5(пяти) календарных дней, услуги считаются оказанными стороной 1 и принятыми Стороной 2, а акты приемки-сдачи подписанными. Within 5 (five) calendar days following the moment of submission the Party (1) shall sign the Act on Acceptance/Transfer of the rendered services, which is at the same time agreed by Parties to be the Agent's report in the event the Party 1 renders agent’s services to the Party 2, or to provide within the same period with the claims regarding quality of the rendered services in writing. In the event such claims are not submitted within 5 (five) calendar days, the services shall be considered rendered by the Party 1 and accepted by the Party 2, and the Acceptance/Transfer Acts signed. In the event the Party 2 makes claims, within the certain period the Party 1 shall eliminate the indicated defects at its own expense.

3) Документы, подтверждающие расходы Стороны 1, при оказании услуг в качестве Агента Стороны 2 (договоры, счета, акты, накладные, копии платежных поручений, которыми Cторона 1 оплачивала работы/услуги 3-ч лиц), заверенные в установленном порядке Стороной 1, предоставляются Стороне 2 по ее письменному запросу

The documents that prove the expenses of the Party 1 while rendering services as the Agent to the Party 2 (contracts, invoices, acts, way-bills, copies of payment orders used by the Party 1 to pay for the third parties’ work/services) approved by the Party 1 in accordance with the estalished procedure, shall be furnished to the Party 2 upon its written request.

P.s. приведенный мной перевод Акта на англ. является устоявшимся в конторе, где я работаю

Ну хоть Вы объясните, почему THE Party 1/2?

SH2, я подумала, что это замена названий компаний, произведенная аскером для удобства или в целях сохранения конфиденциальности.
Но если нет...то даже не знаю... :)
Вообще, я никогда не встречала Сторона 1 и Сторона 2...

SH2 прав. Перед Party 1,2 артикль не нужен. Как и перед другими существительными, после которых идут номера. Room 2, not the Room 2 и т.д.

If such claims have not been made within 5 (five) calendar days, the services shall be deemed delivered by Party 1 and accepted by Party 2. In the event any claims have been submitted by Party 2, Party 1 shall remedy the faults in question at its own expense within the stated period.

The documents confirming the expenses of Party 1 shall be presented to Party 2 upon its written request by provision of Agent's Services of Party 2 (contracts, bills, settlements, bills of parcels, payment order copies used by Party 1 to pay the Work/Services of third parties), duly certified by Party 1.
