The picked federation teams of World Federation member countries, the representative of which has duly and correctly registered the entry, are permitted to participation in competitions. The organizers of competitions have rights to double entry list.

All men and women who had attained the age of eighteen on the competition date, physically qualified and being examined in medical exercises dispensary (not later than one week before competition) and who have medical allowance and insurance are permitted to participation in competitions. (IMHO)

Any national team of the World Federation country-members may enter the competition provided their respective representative has completed in a timely and appropriate manner the request for participation. The hosting party may be represented by two teams.
Any male or female contestant who is aged 18 and above as of the competition date, medically certified by a relevant health & physical training authority (not later than two weeks prior the competition date) and issued with an appropriate medical certificate and insurance is qualified to enter the competition.
