Можно ли его переводить как "Запрос на выплату средств кредита"?Payment to be effected directly to DC against presentation of a Request for Disbursement according to Annex 1 to this Basic Agreement, which will be issued by DC and will be transmitted to the Bank together with the delivery documents. The Bank is to be instructed under the Loan Agreement by the Borrower to disburse the Loan amount to DC upon presentation to the Bank of a Request for Disbursement issued by DC and the delivery documents agreed upon in the Commercial Contract. |
