(3-е предложение) Client may, at any time, make changes in the scope of Services for the Project or in the definition of Services to be performed. In the event Client notifies Engineer of its desire to make a change in the scope of Services for the Project that may change the cost of performance, Engineer shall, within ten (10) working days after receiving such notice, give Client notification of any potential change in price for the Project. Equitable adjustments to price and time of performance resulting from scope of Services changes will be negotiated and upon mutual agreement by Client and Engineer, this Agreement will be modified by a written instrument, signed by both parties, to reflect the changes in scope of Services, price and schedule. | заказчик и инженер обсудят соответствующие поправки в стоимости и времени исполнения, возникшие в результате изменений объема работ, и по взаимному соглашению настоящее соглашение будет изменено в письменном виде, подписано обеими сторонами для отражения изменений в объеме услуг, их стоимости и графике(выполнения / предоставления). |
