Uncommitted Facility = A credit facility with no restrictions placed upon the lending institution regarding the amount of funds to be lent.

Committed Facility = A credit facility whereby terms and conditions are clearly defined by the lending institution and imposed upon the borrowing company.

Я лично начинаю чувствовать себя обязанной чем-то помочь аскеру, а я не всегда в силах это сделать, а иногда (но не в данном случае) мне этого просто не хочется... ну... лень напрягать мозги.
