Subject: договор об оказании услуг law Господа переводчики, помогите, пожалуйста перевести. Не то, чтобы очень сложно, но как-то некрасиво получается. (фраза в договоре об оказании услуг)Сторона, для которой создалась невозможность исполнения обязательств по настоящему договору, должна немедленно известить другую сторону о наступлении и прекращении таких обстоятельств и предоставить документы, подтверждающие наличие таких обстоятельств. A party which becomes unable to fulfill its obligations hereunder shall immediately inform the other party of the commencement and cessation of such circumstances and shall submit documents confirming/evidencing such circumstances. Видимо, до этого речь шла о форс-мажорных обстоятельствах. Иначе непонятно, откуда взялись "такие обстоятельства". |

| Я не Аристарх, но считаю, что THIS Contract - это установившаяся традиция. Я специально обращу внимание, если мне когда-нибудь попадется "the present Contract/Agreement". |

Теперь ответит Аристарх :) tanit, this употребляется потому, что это единственно правильный вариант перевода слова "настоящий" (контракт, соглашение) и т.п. Кстати здесь это уже обсуждалось много раз. Зайдите, хотя бы сюда. |

фтему Юстас - Алексу мы специально спрашивали нашего редактора-нейтива про this/present - он сказал, что для него present звучит как-то не так. :) А что до употребления present в договорах - ну посудите сами, на сайте contracts.onecle имеются случаи употребления еру present contract, но на поверку все они имеют сомнительное происхождение (это реальные дОговоры, но написаны, скажем, французами - возможно, скажем, для них было принципиально сохранить слово "настоящий" - "фпику ненавистным англичаном" цитата на ту же тему If either Party is by reason of Force Majeure Event rendered unable wholly or in part to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, then upon notice in writing of such Force Majeure Event from the Party affected to the other Party promptly after the occurrence of the cause relied on, the Party affected shall be released from such obligations hereunder to the extent to which they are affected by the circumstances of such Force Majeure Event and for the period during which those circumstances exist, provided however that nothing in this Clause shall relieve either Party to make any payments required to be made hereunder to the other Party. |
