Уважаемые Дамы и Господа!!! Заранее извинясь, что так много текста вам скинул, но буду признателен за любую помощь, а то я по-русски могу с трудом понять о чем идет речь:
"1. Стороны на основании договора №____ от ____________г., заключенному между ХХХ и ХХХ, об уступке права требования по Контракту, и уведомления от ______________г., полученного ХХХ от ХХХ, пришли к соглашению о том, что ХХХ передает ХХХ в полном объеме права и обязанности, установленные Контрактом и Актом сверки расчетов от ______________, и не имеет претензий к Сторонам по настоящему трехстороннему соглашению, а ХХХ принимает в полном объеме все права и обязанности, установленные Контрактом и Актом сверки расчетов от ____________г., и также не имеет претензий к Сторонам по настоящему трехстороннему соглашению, и ХХХ уведомлено о переходе прав требования по Контракту к ХХХ
