Как корректно перевести фразу "я оформила дом на свою маму"? именно оформить дом на кого-то как лучше сказать?

to register - это точно... а вот с предлогом - сомневаюсь... возможно, on...

I registered the house in my mother's name
I executed/arranged the house paperwork in my mother's name
The house belongs to my mother
My mother is the [new] house owner
The title to the house/estate had been passed to my mother
