Protection degree: IP 21.Контекст - технические характеристики кофемолок. В Мультитране есть аналог: степень защиты IP54 в разделе автоматика, и к кофемолкам его можно применить, но остаётся загадкой, что же это за IP такой. Подскажите, знающий народ!

IEC Environmental Protection (IP) Ratings
The ability of an enclosure to protect a piece of equipment from outside elements (such as rain, or to keep fingers away from electrical circuits) is called "environmental protection" and is often specified by "IP" ratings (standing for "ingress protection"), which are specified by European Standard IEC 60529. The European environmental standard is often used or referenced by other rating agencies in the United States.
