У меня получилось следующее, но думаю, тут требуются "коррективы" ((((
Это контекст:

"Письменное утверждение Рекламодателем представленной Агентством сметы является основанием для выполнения Агентством услуг, утвержденных Рекламодателем, в том числе с привлечением услуг третьих лиц."

и мой вариант:
