В соответствии с п.8.2. Договора №03-07-57 на оказание услуг по обеспечению ретрансляции программ (звуковых сигналов) зарубежных радиовещательных организаций от 01 июля 2003 года XXX уведомляет Вас об отказе от пролонгации срока действия указанного договора и его расторжении с 01 января 2006 г. в связи с проводимыми мероприятиями по диверсификации деятельности подразделений XXX.
В силу этого, в соответствии с п.8.3 Договора №03-07-57 от 01 июля 2003 г. он прекратит свое действие 31 декабря 2005 г.
