Pedagogy vs. Andragogical

Pedagogy means "the art of teaching children". It is assumed between the 7th and 12th centuries, in the monastic schools; founded in Europe, that this was the only method used to teach. The student's role was a passive one, where they literally just sat and soaked up the knowledge . It has been found adults learn differently and therefore are taught differently. One educational theorist, Malcolm Knowles has developed an andragogical model based on the following assumptions:

• Adults need to know why they are learning.
• Adults need to be seen as competent.
• Adults want their knowledge and skills acknowledged in the classroom.
• Adults need to be self-directed and experientially involved in their learning.
• Adults want learning to be self-centered and applicable.

...

Или по аналогии с педАгогикой андрАгогическая? Ссылок больше. Хотя стандартный префикс - "андрО" (andros - мужчина). Мне кажется, через "о" правильнее.

Не знаю :'(
