В соответствии с п.6.1. Договора об открытой кредитной линии, заключенным между БАНКОМ и КЛИЕНТОМ, КЛИЕНТ поручает БАНКУ списывать в безакцептном порядке с расчетного счета КЛИЕНТА без дополнительных распоряжений любые средства, поступающие на этот счет, открытый в БАНКЕ, с целью погашения задолженности, возникшей из Кредитного договора при неисполнении или ненадлежащем исполнении КЛИЕНТОМ своих обязательств по уплате основной суммы долга, процентов за пользование кредитом, штрафов при нарушении сроков погашения кредита или процентов по кредиту и иных расходов и перечислять денежные средства на соответствующие счета для погашения задолженности КЛИЕНТА по Кредитному договору.

In accordance with point/clause 6.1 of the Contract/Agreement for the extension of credit which has been/ was concluded between the Bank and the Client, the Client authorizes the Bank to deduct, as debit without further authorization/ in a unilateral manner, from the Client's settlement account (without additional instruction) any funds coming to this account with/for the purpose of debt redemption under the Credit Agreement for the non-fulfillment or improper execution, by the Client, of its payment obligations for the principal loan/principal, interests for the credit and other expenses and, finally, to credit, to corresponding accounts, for the Client's debt redemption under the Credit Agreement, monetary funds.
